Job Description

Our Client is seeking an Experienced Legal Administrator for a Full Time Role in their City Centre Solicitor’s office.  This role would suit an Experienced Legal Administrator with at least 2-3 year’s experience. You must have good audio-typing skills, excellent IT skills and be willing to work in a busy professional environment. Good attention to detail and high levels of proofing and document production are required for this role.​


Essential Requirements

  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Good Audio-Typing Skills
  • Previous use of Legal Case Management Software

Main duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General Reception duties
  • Audio Transcription
  • Using the Legal Case Management Software in the office
  • Preparing, Typing & Proofing Legal Documents
