Junior Legal Administrator
We have a Client based in Limerick City who is seeking a Junior Legal Administrator for a Full Time Role. Previous experience or training within a Legal Environment is preferable but not essential. You must have excellent typing skills, audio-typing experience is preferable, good organisational skills, professional telephone manner and previous conveyoncing experience is desirable. You should be able to pick up using Legal Terminology & Case Management Systems quickly. Excellent English spelling and Grammar required and also I.T. Skills, in particular a competency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel & Email etc) is required.
You should have a clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection and the ability to use tact and discretion.
This role is a Full Time Role with an immediate start date.

- Audio Transcription for Legal Letters & Documents
- Preparing Conveyoncing Documents
- Using Legal Case Management Software
- Answering phones
